Step 4. Provide Your Details:

Step 5. Upload Four Photos:

Send us four photos of your device: the front screen switched on, the back and body, the sides and corners, and the settings screen. This lets us confirm the condition before your device reaches us, so your estimate is tighter and there are no surprises at inspection.

Step 6. Drop It Off or Mail It In:

Pick whichever suits you. Bring your device to our store at BurJuman Mall, Level 2, Unit 62A, Mankhool, Dubai, next to BurJuman Metro Station with free 3-hour parking, open daily 10am to 10pm and until 11pm on Friday and Saturday. Or post it to us from anywhere in the UAE. Postage is arranged and paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service.

Step 7. Get Inspected and Paid:

If you drop off, your device is inspected in front of you, the final price is confirmed, and you're paid on the spot once you accept. If you mail it in, we inspect it as soon as it arrives and send you the final offer, then pay you once you accept. Payment is by cash (in store), bank transfer, PayPal or USDT. Prefer credit? Take 1.2x the value as store credit at phonebot.ae. If you're not happy with the final offer, there's nothing to pay and your device stays yours.
