Quick Drop-Off Service, Fast and Direct

Prefer to hand your device over in person? We are inside BurJuman Centre on Level 2, Unit 62A, in Mankhool. The mall connects directly to BurJuman Metro Station, an interchange for both the Red and Green lines, so you can walk in from the station without going outside. If you drive, the mall has free 3-hour parking. Your device is inspected while you wait, the final price is confirmed in front of you, and you are paid on the spot once you accept.

Mail It In

Not near Bur Dubai? Send your device to us from anywhere in the UAE. Package it securely, use a tracked courier, and send it to the address above with your order number written on the parcel. Delivery to us is arranged and paid by you. As soon as your device arrives we inspect it, send you the final offer, and pay you once you accept. If you decline, we send your device back to you free of charge by tracked courier, or you can collect it from our store.

Before you send, please:

• wait for us to approve your four photos
• back up your device and sign out of iCloud or your Google account
• remove your SIM and memory card
• pack it securely, using the original box if you have one
• keep your tracking number until we confirm it has arrived
• have a copy of your Emirates ID or passport ready, so we can confirm ownership

Payment

Cash and bank transfer, PayPal or USDT, or take 1.2x the value as store credit at phonebot.ae. Cash payment is available for drop-offs at our store.
