Thank you for choosing iPhonesintocash for your device trade-in.
By submitting your phone/device to us, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions:
- iPhonesintocash, wherever feasible, will reset devices to their factory settings, wiping all content and settings. If a device is in a state where this isn’t possible, the onus falls on the customer to ensure data protection.
- I confirm that I am the sole and rightful owner of the device I am selling to iPhonesintocash. If any device I trade in is later determined to be lost or stolen, I forfeit my right to payment.
- I verify that the condition and model number of the device(s) I have provided to iPhonesintocash are accurate.
- Our free prepaid shipping labels include transit coverage for your peace of mind. iPhonesintocash will cover items lost or damaged during transit when using our provided shipping labels. This coverage does not apply if customers choose to use their own shipping method - in such cases, customers are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage.
- Risk-Free Assessment: Upon receiving the device, it will undergo an evaluation based on various criteria, some of which are detailed on our website.
- Devices identified as stolen, blocked, counterfeit, or inauthentic will be reported to the authorities. Payments will not be made for such devices and they will not be returned.
- iPhonesintocash reserves the right to refuse phones from overseas markets. In such cases, an alternate value may be proposed, which customers can choose to accept or decline.
- If a device has liquid or physical damage, a revised offer may be presented. Customers have the choice to accept this or have their device returned free of charge.
- Customers should be aware that all data on the device will be erased and won't be retrievable.
- iPhonesintocash should "receive" the device within 14 days from the initial offer date; otherwise, a revised, potentially lower offer may be presented.
- All device pricing includes GST.
- I will ensure that all payment details are accurate. iPhonesintocash does not verify these details and is not responsible for any potential loss due to payment detail errors.
- I consent to receive newsletters from iPhonesintocash and understand I can opt out at any time.
- Any personal information shared with iPhonesintocash during the trade-in process is protected by our privacy policy, available for review on iPhonesintocash.
- Ancillary items sent with phones, such as chargers, covers, USB devices, micro-USB cards, SIM cards, and boxes, may be recycled or disposed of and will not be returned under any circumstances.
- iPhonesintocash retains the right to decline the initial online trade-in offer for devices found to have non-original parts, tampering, unauthorized software upgrades ("jailbreaking" for iPhones and "rooting" for Androids).
- If issues arise with your device, we'll get in touch via email and phone with a revised offer. If we don’t hear back within 14 days, we'll proceed with the adjusted price.
- Devices locked to iCloud will be disposed of after 14 days, following our effort to request an unlock via email.
- For devices sent without a prior online sell order, we will attempt to reach out. After a 2-week period, if there’s no response, the device will be processed per the current website pricing.
- For certain devices, proof of purchase may be required. If unavailable, iPhonesintocash can refuse the trade-in.
- Identification in the form of an Australian driving license or passport may be requested for some device trade-ins. If not provided, iPhonesintocash has the right to decline the trade-in.
