Yes! While we offer a free service to send your device by mail, we’re also happy to receive your phone in-person. We’re located centrally in the Melbourne CBD, so if you’d like to arrange a personal drop off, please get in touch. For all other locations, we’re pleased to offer a free Australia Post satchel for mailed submissions.
