What do I need to do to send my old iPhone?
It’s simple. Fill out the form to the right and we’ll send you a pre-paid envelope. When you get the envelope, complete the enclosed packing slip and circle the corresponding price. Check that your personal information is correct, put the packing slip and your old iPhone into the envelope, seal and drop in any mailbox. That’s it!
Do you buy iPod Touches?
We do not purchase iPod Touches at this time, only iPhones.
What happens to my personal information?
All personal data is erased from your iPhone.
What should I do if I have more than one iPhone that I want to sell?
You can ship up to 3 iPhones in a single envelope. If you require multiple envelopes, please request one and then e-mail info@ipicmail.com to let us know how many additional envelopes you need.
What if I don't know what kind of iPhone I have?
No problem. Simply state you are "Not Sure" when requesting a pre-paid envelope. When the envelope arrives, make a note on the form that you are not sure. We will let you know when we receive the iPhone.
What if ALMOST everything works on my iPhone but something like the power button, the home button, or the volume buttons don't work?
For an iPhone to be considered completely "working" it must not have any defects. If anything on the iPhone is not functional it is considered to be in "Kinda Works" condition.
